Our Services

The Agency provides community living supports for adults in licensed group homes (AFC Homes) and supported independence programs (SIP Homes) contracted through the Macomb-Oakland Regional Center, Inc.: currently the largest non-profit agency in the State of Michigan. The AFC and SIP homes are located in Macomb and Oakland Counties. 

These homes provide a permanent, community-based residence for people who have developmental disabilities and abilities/needs of all levels from total dependence to high skill levels. Persons served and their families choose the home most compatible with their need and abilities.

Community living supports, respite, personal care, and housekeeping services are also provided in family homes for children and adults as authorized through Macomb County Community Mental Health, Area Agency on Aging 1-B and the MI Choice Waiver program through the Macomb-Oakland Regional Center, Inc.
