Our Philosophy

Integrated Living is committed to the philosophy of Gentle Teaching as part of the MORC training and base philosophy.   We adhere to the following practice standards and ethics:

*Staff are thoroughly screened prior to hire including criminal background checks, driving record reviews, work and personal reference recommendations, and fingerprinting (licensed homes). 

*All levels of staff throughout the Agency must remain committed to honesty, hard work, excellent care for every person serviced, kindness, and gentle care giving.

*We will not discriminate based on the level of disability, sex, race, religion, national origin, sexual preference, or any other personal life choices.

*We believe that each person served is unique in terms of their personality, abilities, and desires. Our mission is to meet the needs of those in our care, keep them safe and loved, and facilitate realization of their dreams.
